Good to hear from fellow martyrs in this stock. Like the rest of you, I would love to hear of a path forward before giving management a green light to a roll back. History is not kind to this maneuver but this could be an exception. My gut reaction is to sell before the action. Am surprised that the selling hasn't already started. Some brave soul actually posted a green number.

Now NF has me on ignore apparently but I am sure he sees these posts but he has nothing to say.... He is posting away on the other board however.  I wonder if his employment contract doensn't allow him to respond to these kind of threads. Sorry guys. I have been gone fishing and playing football with my grandson. I see I got another bucket full of .025s while gone. Got a bunch of tko and ame as well. I thought I was over budget before:)) Those that have followed me at all, know I have been calling for consolidation for a long time. Ymi did a 12 for 1. They were trading in the nickle range. So that popped them to about 70 cents

Got my info package(s).. no further information. Turns out I'm either a NOBO or an OBO since I hold shares indirectly through brokerage houses.I think this means I'm effectively disenfranchised and must follow special directions to attend the AGM... which is OK since I have no intention of going.

Not much point in attending. The plan will happen. I am ok with it as that is what I have been calling for. If gold was 2 thousand, copper 5.00 and zinc 2.00 we would not be doing this.  Kitko says gold to back off to 1250.00. Copper to go to 5.00 and zinc to settle where it is going forward. Those numbers make nib very viable. Unfortunatly we will get diluted more by way of fund raising

Despite NF making fun of us (or me) with the catfish, good ol wife, and 3 stock story from a previous post, he now has piped in and said there is no point to attend (or vote) as it's a done deal.  However he keeps nibbling away at HTR shares for years knowing he will get rolled back and diluted immediately after, with no plan in sight.  That's weird for a guy who counts the half
