What happened to their sale of 40 m shares / i sold half when that was reported , glad i kept other half, but still confused .

They only sold a portion and that was to fund R and D. they still own a bunch

Thanks , their timing was a little premature or had to state it as major shareholder i assume.  i saw they sold some earlier.

it was and probably scared some people off and their board member left too
