Bitfury can't sell for 7 days... filing was the 12th ... that means they are free to sell on the 19th.

) The selling security holder, or the lender, pledgee, mortgagee or other encumbrancer if the distribution is for the purpose of liquidating a debt, under subsection (2) must (a) complete and sign a Form 45-102F1 no earlier than one business day before the Form 45-102F1 is filed; (b) file the completed and signed Form 45-102F1 on SEDAR at least seven days before the first trade of the securities that is part of the distribution; and -6- (c) file, within three days after the completion of any trade, an insider report prepared in accordance with either Form 55-102F2 or Form 55-102F6 under National Instrument 55-102 System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI).

I don't expect Sue will know the ultimate intentions and actions of Bitfury... they will be negotiating / transacting to the best of their ability but it doesn't really involve HUT.

Even if it was Bitfury selling today. it was part of the 6 M they filed for in late Jan. Their latest SEDI filing showed they sold 3M in early Feb so they could sell another 3M to finish that sale. What looks more likely to me is the market maker is setting HUT up for something huge. I wouldn't be surprised if HUT surged 50% sometime this week. I'm biased but am trying ...more

Actually... the 3 million was what was sold in a private sale... about 4 million were sold on market in January / February:

if btc blows up and holds to the morning like never before + people grow some cojones... we'll be in the best shape this stock has ever seen. And some users dumped hard today. They let emotions get in the way and my fingers are crossed I picked up on their misfortune.
