Agree. But there is not too much shareholders can do. Comapring to American, Canadian law is not good at protecting investors in this type of fraud. I sensed it as eary as last year when HYPR borrowed millions from Walsh but too late as it has been halted! Shame on you CSE.

The CSE does not have strong rules and they let any mom&pop shop get listed...this new guy has a law background, so maybe a small hope but I agree, shame on you CSE.

CSE will do one more thing for sure: Delist HYPR and bury everything...

I have a feeling like this will turn out like the Hive / Genesis ordeal. Something will be reached to make this trade again. I dont think large shareholders will fold over and allow this to go to zero. I agreed with the previous note that Sean might of tried the "poison pill" approach

That is what we thought about TEK Tekmodo. But unfortenately it failed. Exact same story here with HYPR. So easy to make this type of fraud in Canada. Really a shame!

CSE has very loose regulations...going to be a tough battle

I was referring to Tekmodo. It was in the same situation: Company borrowed huge money from management then failed to pay back, then the management took all assets of the company and started a new one for himself. The old company was shut down and all shareholders got rip off.... https://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/tekmodo-completes-sale-of-operating-subsidiaries-687878961.html

I wouldn't be surpised if Sean takes his money and the equipment, starts a new mining company from scratch...he knows the ins / outs. He can compensate the big investors by giving them founder shares in his new gig...that will leave us with nothing :)

Yes that seems to be his plan. Nothing we can do. Legal fraud done by a smart thief! The shame of CSE and Canadian laws.

They must have more problems to handle. It has been over 2 months since they submitted the request to CSE for removing the halt. Why CSE does not allow HYPR to trade again? ??? There must be some reasons why CSE is still holding the halt!

I do not get it either...the CSE is adding to our problems! This is a good time to resume trading..we can be around $0.40

I do not fee it positive. There must be a reason OSC is still holding it. Most likely due to the debt to Sean W.
