Who is InMedia Corporation ("IMDC")?

IMDC (In Media Corporation.) provides a combination of products and services: set-top box hardware and software services, manufacturing of the set-top boxes, library of content, and content aggregation for platform providers to implement an all-in-one solution for Internet Protocol television (IPTV) services.
And the demand for an integrated solution - such as IPTV - is escalating rapidly.
What IPTV does is allows consumers to view television broadcasts, online content, and play online games on a television set using a broadband Internet connection.
And in the U.S., major infrastructure providers such as Cisco are rolling out IPTV bandwidth technology, while major carriers such as AT&T and Verizon already are packaging bundled content solutions as a service.
And, IMDC is on the forefront of taking advantage of that technology by marketing its products in regions where demand is high.
In my opinion, IMDC could be positioned to be a key player in the convergence of Internet and broadcast television as Internet based content becomes more prevalent with mainstream consumers.
