Need for Explanation

Management doesn't seem to understand the frustration caused by their failure to communicate the reason for the HC delay in granting approval to commence the ph.1.
This is more than just the slowness of the bureaucracy. A more likely reason is that there was insufficient documentation filed with the submission and subsequent follow up queries from HC which the Company are having difficulty answering to HC's satisfaction.Hard to comprehend what the issues are but don't expect management to give us any details if all or part of the delay is of their own making.
There is also the question as to why the delay in publishing the preclinical results in a reputable journal?

Some of the more knowledgeable board members may have better explanations.Sure would appreciate any imput that could offer more clarity.

It's very hard to understand because even though we don't have most of the details we do have some of the big things and we do have an insight into the international regulators expectations to start a Ph1 and both those suggest no delays. For example They were talking about completeing GMP manufacturing fairly early on and they've manufactured for a number of trials before, they

An update acknowledging the end of summer plz. Either 1) No outstanding issues, awaiting HC decision 2) Outstanding issues to be solved in coming days/weeks/months.

Been holding IMV for about 4 years and this is probably the first time I have felt like we may have a problem. The company doesnt seem to be able to get anything done in a way that is of interest to the markets. After investor forum after investro forum something just isnt resonating.Perhaps I'm an idiot for thinking this has legs as after a bunch of DD a few years back. We as shareholders

I share the frustration. It is starting to feel like a cash grab in the last 6 months with nothing but empty promises and broken timelines. Not sure why these guys stink so badly at IR.  Best thing to do is to contact IMV and ask hard questions. Otherwise mngmnt is not held accountable. I contacted IMV three weeks ago and told them how I feel at the urging of another investor on this website. They never bothered to acknowledge my message, and I still have never heard back from them.

It looks like Canada is really just treading water waiting for the US or China or the UK to solve this problem. The bar was set really high with Moderna/Oxford and nothing else is coming close to matching that, its revolutionary what those guys have achieved, its near impossible to be judged against

We all get that as investors but what is really making investors angry here is the fact that IMV was so quick and vocal about putting out news releases that they would participate in COVID trials but are completely silent and lagging in putting out news that they can't or are unable to follow through.  To me that's just weak/poor management.  You have to be able to admit when you
