It's time to consider making changes on the board.  The Chairman Sheldon has a very long term relationship with Fred as they seem to have little if any interest in their shareholders.  All involved are grossly overcompensated with a board that own very few if any shares of IMV stock.  There are others that should be considered for a Chairman's position and other board seats that have public biotech experience.  Hope if your reading this that you consider voting this current board down.  Promises that have been made have never come to fruition.

Hope the proposal to vote against the two board members is succesful. If not,it should still send a strong message to th Board to give much more consideration to the needs of shareholders.I only have a small nunber of shares left as I sold most months ago for the same reasons as the current longs have expressed so I can't give you much voting support Not nearly enought transparency,grossly
