Something interesting an Horizon debt.
In the point 13. of Andrew Hall Affidavit (28 april), is stated that till january 2024 IMV only had to pay interests (the $47.000) to Horizon. But also, that the period of paying only interests could be extended for six months more (till july 2024) if a milestone (enrollment of AVALON Stage1, may be?) was reached. It seems that Horizon was not to be a real pressure till a year from now, even if counting the whole loan means insolvency.
