Re Thoughts
Yes Horizon may want to insist the new buyers throw existing shareholders a bone, after all we kept this thing afloat for about 15 years only to be robbed a couple months before two phase two results. Andy, release the existing results.
As a capital lender, doesn't Horizon look bad if they drive us to bankruptcy and then take over the company or partner with someone does? And clearly someone is taking over for almost nothing - a few million. If that is the case, who would want to do business with them. Unless, of coarse, Horizon and/or the new owners have a bit of humanity and decide that the moral and ethical thing to do is to ensure that the existing shareholders (aka the victims) are still somehow involved, especially given that they partially funded this company to this point. It would be a shame if they were simply cut us out and pushed under the bus, people ruined. Given that Andy and the Board didn't give a damn about us, maybe Horizon or the new owners will. Wouldn't that be a refreshing comment on the potential goodness of people and humanity. I for one could use some help, loosing tens of thousands that I invested in hopes of realizing a return that I could use on my family. Instead we are worse off. Thanks Andy, I'm sure your bank account has swollen handsomely.
