Does that mean the possibility of class action is out? If its qualified - no claims If its not - then what? a public auction? Im assuming Horizon gets anything left. If the Credit Bid is determined to be a Qualified Bid, the Monitor will request approval from this Court to stop processing Claims in the Claims Process, as the Monitor understands that it is unlikely that there will be any

Horizon will get everything. The only thing I imagine can be done is in relation to misleading statements, all this when/will about never disclosed results, Covid, Basket Trial, and the absolutely im possible to understand silence about VITALIZE (while they said the date were trending well).  You talked to a lawyer?

What I really don't understand. If the stay period is extended till September 29, knowing that the whole Stage1 of Lymphoma will pass the second scan around September 20th, and being only 9 pstients on treatment. Why not to wait till september to wind down the trials? Why not to wait a bit more and disclose the results? Were not them suppose to add to "the growing enthusiams"
