They owe us an explanation - Horizon debt
In the point 13. of Andrew Hall Affidavit (28 april), is stated that till january 2024 IMV only had to pay interests (the $47.000) to Horizon. But also, that the period of paying only interests could be extended for six months more (till july 2024) if a milestone (enrollment of AVALON Stage1, may be?) was reached.
So: they could have stayed afloat till having strong results from VITALIZE and AVALON with not much money in the pocket. Why this catastrophe so early?
