What's with the 'suspended' headline this morning?

I gather it is a result of Sleepy Joe's statement to eradicate Virus quick! Therefore, not as many people will stick at home playing games in the near future, hence not good for the stock! imo

Trading halt has been lifted...the company needs to raise cash and did an offering at 1.25 a share. Seeing the stock is currently at 1.30 after that news...that is good...even though it did dip briefly to 1.23 right after the halt was lifted. I don't own this stock, but do own BRAG which I see has much more growth potential.
