OKAY I will tell you what I know

NOT MUCH I NEED HELP ON THIS ONE. I know insiders gave themselves loads of shares at low prices and that it is being bought buy an institution. I called the company looking for info; they won't give any. The just opened a manufacturing facility and are producing florine gas at a cheaper price than anyone else. Anyone with info on why this stock is moving it would be very much appreciated
