Quiet Period

InMed delayed their earnings call due to the quiet period. What will have changed come this Friday?! Since tomorrow is Remembrance Day (Veteran's Day in US), there is only Thursday Left for IPO trading to start this week otherwise it falls to next week. For tomorrow, we pause to honour our fallen.

I don't think it was delayed because of the quiet period. Quiet period extends 40 days after listing so it will be a little while before that's over.  They likely delayed the meeting to be able to talk about the move to Nasdaq which should happen in the coming days or weeks. Last week they didn't have approval at the time of the original meeting

That could be. By that logic though, they will have to start trading on NASDAQ tomorrow or Friday at the latest in order to be able to talk about it on Friday, otherwise they will have to delay again. 40 days quiet period after start brings us to Jan 2021, presumably when the sparks should start to fly.

Not necessarily. They can say that the listing has been approved and is upcoming. That's not a secret.
