So Auxly can bring down their ownership to the 10% requirement set forth by the province of Ontario? Don’t say it’s ridiculous because IMO Auxly will definitely need to unload some shares one way or another. They need this walked up so they don’t kill it offf

Thanks for the confirmation. Hopefully they are not forced to dump. The streaming model they have set up you would think would have them exempt from the 10% rule but then again we’re dealing with government. In any case, if the move today was of genuine investors this could be the start of smashing down some resistance. Good luck!

XLY claim a 15% ownership? one assumes thats a fully diluted claim? the new law does not have anything to do with "controll of a LP"   it simply states a LP "or its afilliates " hold more than 9.9% and clearly XLY holds 15% and are Clearly a Afilliate;;
