Can someone explain

the supply process?The provinces will be the wholesalers.But retailers like Spiritleaf,have agreements with LPs.Or like ACB,if they open a store,they have to buy back their own weed from them?And if XLY sells 2t to ISH,it will go through the AGLC?And who fixe the prices?
