Is it normal

To announce a great news after the bell? I thought it was before the bell,for good news. Ok,I admit it I m a little bitter. I tried to average down, but where do I stop? Down from day 1. Sorry for the longs. This is a great project. I just want to make money. I still have 50k shares. And if they go to 0,I m going there with my 50k shares.

Public companies release material nonpublic information such as earnings reports outside of stock market trading hours. Releasing such information during market hours would require the exchanges to issue a trading halt until pending news was released. Thank you Optimum. In the case of ISH. If they make the announcement before the bell,instead of after. It would've give momentum to the stock. No? Look,I m a plumber. What do I know? Maybe I m wrong. But i would've announced it before the bell.
