Can't believe that people think there are going to be lottery winners who have no plan and are going to run to ISH at the franchise expo and sign up.

Just because the timing of the lottery draw and franchise expo are coincidentally on the same weekend doesn't mean anything.

Why can’t you believe that? If you win this lottery you better have your own construction team ready to jump on the drop of a dime or have an established location already. Properties in the GTA area are well above market rate for renting just to retain “in case” you win. Especially in prime locations. So it isn’t unreasonable to think that unless your already established your going to need help

and how does ISH help with this scenario?  How many leases do they currently have in Toronto?  How many do they have in Sarnia?  Windsor? Bellville?  Hamilton?  Peterborough?  Essex?  Quinte?  I'm guessing they have 0 properties scouted outside of the GTA in Ontario.  Toronto is only getting 5 locations, and ISH have focused on Toronto, so
