Let the lawsuits begin.This process was a joke.The only reason LP's and stores participated was,
just in case we win.60 000 entrants,they had 3 days to went through all of them.May i remind all of us that this is the gov.It should take months for them to go through 600 entrants.Imagine 60 000.
Am i the only one that think this whole process smells fishy?They came up with it,24h before the ''new'' rule came to effect.

lawsuits for what?  Following the law?  Anyone who invested in this space knew the risks.  People were making plans before knowing what the laws were going to be.  People have been developing edibles before knowing what the laws would be surrounding them.  A year ago we thought Ontario would only have government-run shops.  What then?  It's no different ...more

You are right.They did all that knowing what the law was or before knowing what the law would be. But once the rules are set up.You can't change them within 24h.All the exemples you gave me are right.But the rules didn't changed,or where not set up.Huge difference.Ford set up new rules.He let LP's and comp invest in leases and renovation to prepare.And he changed the rules within 24h ...more
