Good things to come

Hey everyone just joined Stockhouse.. Currently have 38000 shares bought a couple here and there for a avg of 0.18. I see a lot more Plus things then Negative for the company.. I think Retail is the future, and to have a Company that is already in the Franchise game is a bonus. ISH 1.00$$$ lets go!

I think this company has a great upside. Beautiful branding IMO. Ive heard nothing but good things from people who have been to their current locations. It sucks the libtard government has done such a terrible job of rolling out legalization, I guess its on par for everything else they try to accomplish. After doing my DD its clear ISH isnt going anywhere and theyre here for the long haul as am I. ...more

I strongly disagree that ISH is open to a buy out for the foreseeable future. I say this because I believe they have turned down several early buy out options and instead opted to build a collection of LP owners. Namely Auxly, UP, Tilray and I believe more are coming. Having all or most of the big LPs as partial minority owners opens Spiritleaf to the benefits of direct marketing and multiple ...more

How does partnering with LP's help ISH?  Using your example, the only people it helps are the LP's by limiting what the store carries.  If you're a customer or investor you want ISH having the largest selection and hopefully the best prices.  Limiting your selection to your LP partners only helps them, especially since ISH can't buy directly from any of them (they ...more

The examples you gave are LP owned/controlled retail stores. What about META? Ouid? Etc and tons of independent retial stores that are free to seel from any and every LP on the OCS website? I just don't see stock as a Spiritleaf advantage over others. If they are just making 6% royalties, how many multiples of stores must they have oer the others to have the same net profitability?

Good questions from both people.  Spiritleaf sells ALL the same products that the other stores sell. But they have several LP partners which they also sell and receive support from. The best example of this is the large Gord Downie mural hung in the Spiritleaf lounges. A key painting tying Spiritleaf to the band, which is an icon of importance both to Canadian and cannabis users.  The ...more

let's break down the HIP deal; HIP gives ISH 1,125m in Cash and 1,125m in common shares at a value of $0.90 cents a share.  ISH also has the option to purchase additional shares of HIP via warrants at a value of $0.99 cents a share.   Today, these shares have lost 39% of their worth, and the 1,125m in common shares are now worth approximately $686,250 at the current SP of $0 ...more
