its trading, 20 cents, this financing won't light any fires.  This is 5-6 quarters away from a foundation on which to build.  I see they have downplayed franchises from 100 to 50, I still have a lot of questions to the losses from Watchit and the 2 million in salaries from that division.  Something doesn't smell right there.  Good luck.

Sorry meant watch it debt ! How Bondar can use funds raised through ish to settle his outstanding debt thru watch it .. is outrageous!

I assume there is a strategy to it. Things have been progressing nicely even though the stock price sucks.

I really don't understand the strategy of halting a stock for a simple financing announcement. It smacks of desperation to reply to retail investors who want news of any sort, no matter how inconsequential. And it dilutes the effect of potential future news that might actually be halt worthy,

It was a material change.... Media releases issued by listed companies with material information are reviewed by IIROC surveillance staff before being released on the newswires or the company’s website. If a news release is unclear or overly-promotional, IIROC may ask the company to revise it. When surveillance staff believe that the information is material enough to significantly impact the ...more

The halt didn't say it was at the request fo the Exchange so I assumed it was at he request fo the company. Companies issue financing news releases every day without halting the stock, not sure what the difference was here but no matter.

Watch it was Darren's previous business that filed for bankruptcy a while back. I saw they have combined it on the ISH financials whats up with that? Did he use funds from ISH to buy out watch it assets from bankruptcy? This reeks of self dealing IMO. How many shares will be outstanding after this latest round of convertibles? Asking for a friend ;)

I have found no information on google about Watch it! filing for bankrupsy.  In fact, a quick google search shows them open for buisness at many locations.  If you have something to say, please let it be factual and always provide proof of what you say.

Jessa, there is negativity, and then there is blatant ignoring.  I have no issue with WatchIt if it contributes to the bottom line, but simply go to the financials just released and you will see salaries of around 2 million, how many employees?  That coupled with a staggering loss for a watch business - double the revenues??? meaningless with huge losses, bah, it should be cut loose, who ...more

Jessa I agree completely that there are always posters who bash for bashing sake, as with the pumpadoodledoers.  Both are boring as $hit. In regards to WatchIt and my concerns with the numbers, and the drag on Inner, which is, lets face it, the only reason anyone is here, the watch business will contribute big losses going forward, the reason it was facing bankruptcy in the first place ...more
