Trademark
It would seem that the use of the phrase [WET] as a term representing Wastewater Energy Transfer has been trademarked by Noventa.
Noventa has coined and trademarked the name Wastewater Energy Transfer™ or WET™ to distinguish the many innovative features of our wastewater energy systems. Each Noventa WET™ system is designed to satisfy specific customer needs and to address the unique challenges inherent in each project.
This is the kind of sustainable city that is made possible by disruptive innovation like Noventa’s WET™ systems
Is it now hypothetical that SHARC is in breach or violation of trademark rules in using the trademarked phrase in its marketing materials?
The Company is engaged in providing wastewater energy transfer (WET) expertise and products that service commercial, industrial, public utilities and residential development projects.
