Yup, but similarities in that they are both into energy recovery and efficiencies technologies. Profitable company that recently reported around $21 million in revenues and is currently profitable and generating positive cashflows.  Over $20 million backlog of signed purchase orders, NOT submitted proposals, and possibly on pace to reach $30 million revenues current fiscal year.
