Who owns ISA's patents?

Paladin or still ISA?

Technically the patents, or some of them anyway, were sold to Palladin. But they were perpetually licensed back so for all practical purposes it is the same as ISA owning them.  Tax wise (to Palladin) it makes a big difference. Economically (to the shareholders) it makes no difference.It's like owning a house in Banff.  Technically the land and buildings are owned by Parks Canada but ...more

We understand teevee and most of us probably agree.  If no royalty payments are forthcoming, the writing is on the wall and we're left with nothing, not even the rights.On the other hand, if things start to turn around making ISA a takeover target, a simple takeover by a larger pharma of ISA may not be enough.  They will also, (I'm only guessing), have to deal with Paladin ...more

Perhaps the discussion that is most on point would be:- cash on hand versus burn rate. It is worthwhile to know approximately when the lights at ISA will be turned off, for good this time.

Indeed!!But considering the most recent news, and the general consensus of those with a bio-medical background that I have talked to, a much more on point conversation would be: When are the Leafs going to win the Cup?Just Sayin'
