Goodman gone

Say what you will about Goodman's reasons, but the fact is that he's gone, and ISA is worse off as a result. We now have a local lawyer with no previous experience running a board watching over a weak management team. All at a time when we are closer than ever to approval and in their own words in need of raising more $$$.

What is the plan if the FDA accepts the application but doesn't give the priorty 6 month review? Feb 2011 is not on or before Q4 2010 which is when we run out of cash.

FDA WILL GRANT THE PRIORITY REVIEW....MARK MY WORDS...AND IT WILL HAPPEN IN WEEK AND HALF......GOOD FOR THOSE PICKING UP SOME CHEAP SHARES !

Was it your intention to shout? Read my posts... I want ISA to do great as much as anyone else. My point was that I trust Goodman’s ability to think creatively and strategically much, much, much more than I do those that remain, and I was only pointing out one scenario where his talents would be appreciated. I also would like to know what the strategy is, if heaven forbid, the ...more

CRAP!...SOLD YOUR SHARES AND WANTED TO BUY BACK IN CHEAP...GIVE IT ANOTHHER SPIN..I ALWAYS TRADE ,PERHAPS, JUST LIKE YOU AND I DON'T SHOUT.......THERE WAS NOTHING NEGATIVE ABOUT GOODMAN'S RESIGNATION....PALADIN IS STILL THE LARGEST SHARE HOLDER OF THE COMPANY AND DAMN RIGHT THE PROCESS IS A SLAM DUNK

Sold some. Still have plenty. The only "good" reason I could see Goodman stepping away for the lawyer is if the company is a target for a third party. If this is the case then who? I agree with Professional that the best suitor would be Novartis, but I think it's more likely some group interested in Lux that is eyeing ISA to complete the package. If it is a Lux/ISA package then ...more

A reverse takeover by Lux as a way to go public cheaply and quickly would have made sense BEFORE Paladin got involved. It doesn't make any sense at all now.

> 90% ofthe valuation will be based on the Lux royalty agreement. Can you tell us why you think so? The market for psoriasis is many times larger than the market Lux is bringing and the psoriasis market seems to be almost within reach (unliketransplant, which still requires massive financing for more, difficult trials). I think you'd be totally crazy to sell ISA based mainly on the value of ...more

LOL......if someone wanted ISA, neither management or Paladin could stop it. Control is "on the street".however, a takeover is very unlikely to ever happen with Paladin having a 12% fee ride in perpetuity on existing and any new drugs developed by ISA.  If it did happen, and the Paladin "over ride" is factored in, I believe the price would be somewhere between very low and ...more
