I have one question, where if at all in either of the new releases did it say that ISA was not notified of the 'several outstanding issues'.  All I read is that Lux was not notified.

Well obviously FDA isn’t going to communicate the outstanding issues to ISA (who is not the applicant) if it hasn’t communicated them to Lux (who is the actual applicant). Plus if ISA is saying that Lux is awaiting the action letter to determine what the issues are then ISA (who would otherwise have passed it on) can’t know either. Also

its hard to believe Lux has to wait for six weeks for the 'action letter' of clarifying the issues....whats else would FDA do in six week time ?...digging their nose ?As said in the FDA's further clarfication the reason of the meeting cancellation is to allow more time to resolve the issues.
