Certificate of Dissolution, 05/04/2010
-One of many unresolved issues: Arizona Corporation Commission granted a Certificate of Dissolution on
05/04/2010, to CT CORPORATION SYSTEM, whose corporate name is ISOTECHNIKA U.S. INC. for failing to
file an Annual Report for 2009. (due on 11/22/2009 ). On 06/08/2010 , Dennis Bourgeault filed 2009 Annual Report,
with ISOTECHNIKA LABS INC. owning 20% or more of said Corporation. ( CT CORPORATION? ISOTECHNIKA US?
Makes one speculate, wonder about dotting the i's, crossing the t's, and what are They still doing in Arizona?
Wonder what the FDA wonders about?

they closed their arizona office several years ago and have just let the registration lapse - many companies will do that with a sub when it has no assets or third party liabilities - it is cheaper and easier than doing a formal dissolution and gets you to exactly the same place - no story there
