agreed

something is up for sure. I think a takeover bid is imminent, from who is anyone's guess...I would say lux might be a strong contender...that is IF they are looking for a public vehicle with which to vend in lux....could be interesting, although, the takeover price is sure to be faaaaar lower than any of us hoped it might eventually reach.

I was thinking even more bigger picture than that.  No one is buying ISA here because they think it looks like a solid investment, so there is something else happening.  Ideally you would like to see the creation of a new company.  It would have to contain all of Lux and all of ISA plus it would have to also own everything ISA gave to Paladin.  So ISA would own a portion of the ...more

Agreed that ISA's history, it has to go away and its shareholders have to be crushed in a brutal share exchange consolidation.  The only problem with your theory is  the main buyer today, probably just figured out he has been screwed. IF there is something cooking, the stock should have been halted. Unfortunately, the regulators would be all over this and  lawyers will be ...more

The market is manipulated every day, what do they care about a penny stock.They would not waste thier time even looking at this ticker let alone getting out a lawyer.markets are nothing more than one person screwing another. share ...more
