RE:Coincidental 'RED FLAG" thoughts from 2007
..from the Annual 2007 Report ( something to FOCUS on) : The Company has one significant wholly owned foreign subsidiary. Isotechnika International is a Barbados company which holds 'specific intellectual property and develops that intellectual property." While Management does not believe that there are any material risk factors associated with these foreign subsidiaries, ' it may be difficult or impossible to pursue legal proceedings against directors, officers, experts or companies located outside of Canada, or to enforce against such persons any civil judgement obtained in a Canadian Court."
..in 2008 Annual Report, mention is made of Barbados subsidiary ceasing active operations, " in the process of being dissolved."
SO IT SEEMS , THAT A CRIMINAL JUDGEMENT HAS TO BE PROVEN!
