There should be enough cash to last until this arbitration ruling? Something positive should come out of this arbitration case they are in. Anyone else know much about these types of arbitration cases? I am surprised at how long it is taking? A legal contract has to have worth to it. I can't see ISA getting shafted here? I would testify as to what I was told by dr. foster in 2008 ( june) on the phone. I would swear on a bible. I called him about 4-6 weeks before the roche decision, I took a bath after that. !!!! but would there be any cash to pay out - or would this just make us feel good ?
