THIRD QUARTER RESULTS DUE SOON!...

....the nagging feeling about that 'promising,' news about NICAMS was released within days of 3rd quarter results having to be filed!!    Everyone , knows it will  be bad and pathetic ,  there is not much money left, none coming in , and much is owed.  It doesn't take a Kevin O'Leary ,  a Cramer or a Warren Buffett  to tell You how the arbitration ruling will unfold.  Should not a  release informing material stakeholders about a DATE FOR ARBITRATION BE PUBLISHED?
