Getting Away ?....always have to read closely...

..when re-reading January 15 2013, newsrelease, notice that the phrase " pending arbitration " is mentioned. Here, I had presumed that ALL  was more or less dealt with in the November Arbitration hearing .  But NOOOOOOO ,  seems that there are always "pending "  unresolved issues, when sleesie,  skummbeg , individuals are involved !
