Intrepid is active and registered in Utah. They have created a SPAC(IACI) to acquire another company in their industry. The amount for the SPAC IPO matches the amount needed to purchase Soperior fertilizer and Tamra mining which will be a high margin massive potash/aluminium/sulfuric acid/copper mine.
