It's not a simple placement when dealing with amounts this large and with the size of the company it is a big undertaking.  Are you familiar with financing deals?  Did you not read the documents on Sedar on the structure of the deal?  If they require an extension then it will be extended 14 days after the initial date.  This is not verbatim. I'm not here to be a d1ck, as at this point in time I'm not worried when this closes as long everyone knows what their part is in getting this done (Lab, Diwip and the Financiers).  If this closes the way it should then a dime difference is not a big deal in the grand scheme of things.  I'd be shocked if Lab drops the ball, as this would mean
