Can someone enlighten me on why lab (and alot of V companies) wait till the last possible minute to post their financials?  Especially when they already released a preview.

I assume once released, Lanthier has no exscuses not to buy or execute a consistent purchase program?

Have no idea why they wait until the last day of the quarter. Currently in black out...he has to start his purchase plan after they release Q1 results, which should be in the next 8 days, or he'll lose a lot of credibility. But from what I know, he's still planning on buying.

Apart from 1st Qtr, it doesn't seem like anything major will be announced prior to the AGM, which I'm going to attend.  It would be nice to elaborate on some of what has been mentioned since absolutely nothing has garnered any interest to prop up this embarrassing SP. If nothing is mentioned during their presentation then I'll bring up their plan on tackling their debt, as you

Good to know you'll be able to attend tha AGM Bangkok...hope you'll ask all the tough questions. Lanthier has been on board for 9 months now and nothing to show for so far. Still have the feeling something's up with this silence, but nothing has happened yet...expecting a seasonal drop from Q1 revs, so we need another surprise soon!
