I don't think they sell, you can tell even from the video Marti has a big vision for the company. Maybe with the debt the way it is they won't have a choice but they just rebranded and everything a few months ago.

Yes marti does have a vision to be a larger company but their existing debt position prevents it, unless they dilute the company more but a merger could be in play with a company with cash to pay down debt and get larger simultaneously. My opinion Tangelo did not reflect synergies quickly enough and Q2 seems to be have an increase in expenses, fishy, when they supposedly reduced staff by 25
