Irresponsible? Unethical?

What other words would you use to describe the manner in which Tangelo management is treating it's shareholders? 6 weeks late on a financing payment and no updates. 1 or 2 word answers please. Let's have some fun.

Unfortunately, I think TEC and management just don't care about shareholders.

Re: my earlier post I think we are going to get screwed, imo. It's very obvious on this delay of anything happening nobody wants to bail this thing out and eventually when they do the company and it's share holders are going to take a sh*t kicking. 1 word answer SCREWED

I would not expect an answer.

TooTall00 - but Third Eye Capital IS a shareholder too....if Tangelo gets screwed so does TEC. You think TEC will let it go under? They are owed millions and wouldn't see much either if nobody buys them out. If they go bankrupt, they can't liquidate these type of assets. How do you liquidate intellectual property? How do you liquidate an app with slots? Its not like a bankrupt ...more

I would also like to point out that Tangelo is TEC's largest outstanding loan at $85 million. Per their website No. 2 and 3 are 70/60 mil respectively, and after that it is a big drop off. They really do have a lot of skin in the game and need to see this pan out. The problem here is the top line is going the wrong way and has been for the last few quarters, even with solid margins. Something ...more

If TEC would lower the interest rate from 12 to 8 %.That would be a great start.

You are all overlooking many things. What if a company buys tangelo out at 3 cents per share and agrees to take over tangelos debt owned to TEC. Prob won't happen this way but there are so many ways to structure a deal that in the end we take it up the hoop. I really hope we don't but I'm not optimistic. It doesn’t take this long to finalize a deal. I have been involved in many deals ...more

Okay so if someone is going to buy us out with our debt, our EV (enterprise value) is $65 Million.   EV is usually a benchmark for what someone could pay for the company if acquired because it includes the debt levels in the calculation. Even if they offered only $30M we all get paid.  If a full takeover offer is put on the table, we the shareholder have to vote on it....not TEC ...more

Correct me if i'm wrong but at $30m with 180 mill shares outstanding that at 6 cent sp. not sure who is getting paid at 6 cents.

Your math on Market Caps is way off. If the share price gets to .06 cents with 180,000,000 shares outstanding, the Market Cap value is $10,800,000. If the company gets bought for $30,000,000 the value of the shares would be .17 cents (rounded) ($30,000,000 / 180,000,000 shares) - (looks like you calculated 180,000,000 divided by 30,000,000) Now, I know.... 17 cents is not great either ...more

Thanks for correcting me. Thinking it will sit around 3-4cents and hopefully get done there and not a lower price.
