Looks like Q1 2018 is what is gonna make or break this company when they release the two new apps in Unity. Either its going to provide enough revenue to refinance the loan or it won't. I really doubt there is gonna be some kind of "transaction" at this point. Hopefully TEC is somewhat impressed with what these apps look like so far which is why they haven't called their debt yet

I sure hope there is still a potential "transaction" on the table, or at least TEC is planning on improving capital structure, because a few new apps in Unity won't bring in 86M$ overnight. I am still expecting a resolution of the debt issue before year end. That's the only thing that will get us out of this hole. Even if they release updates like this morning with projections
