Not a word about the debt, about TEC, about potential deals. I guess the debt will remain and GEL will continue to default and pay penalties.  I guess TEC is just happy to collect it's warrants and penalties.  I guess there are no talks as we have been led to believe for over a year.  JMO  GLTA
