Reason to Stick Around

Hi All,
Is there any reason to not sell at 2.5 cents and move on to other opportunities?  Starting to load up on Tinley Beverages and could use the $$ to add.  
Does anyone see anything positive happening?  Personally, I think this horrible deal will go through but I would like to know other thoughts before hitting the sell button.
