Iris Energy Limited is an Australia-based sustainable Bitcoin mining company that supports the decarbonization of energy markets and the global Bitcoin network. Canal Flats is in the Canadian Rockies, approximately 100 kilometers (km) from Cranbrook regional airport and 500 km east of Vancouver. Mackenzie is historically a major lumber town with a regional airport located approximately 670 km north of Vancouver and 170 km north of Prince George. Prince George is located approximately 500 km north of Vancouver. Childress is located in Childress County, Texas approximately 250 miles northwest of Dallas.
