CORPORATE UPDATE

Tom Mitchell, iSee3D Inc.'s founder, will assume the role of chairman ofthe board in addition to his current role as chief technology officer.Dwight Romanica continues as the Company's President and ChiefExecutive Officer.

As the Company continues to grow, the Board is committed to ensuringthat proper corporate governance and internal control procedures areimplemented and adhered to.Mr. Mitchell noted "We are committed to maintaining the confidence ofall capital market participants and will continue to evolve our team andour governance practices to enable the Company to continue deliveringshareholder value. The Company is currently exploring various financingopportunities as we position ourselves for further growth."

Mr. Romanica commented: "I fully support today's Board decisionappointing Tom Mitchell as Chairman. I look forward to working with Tommore closely on Board and governance related issues as well as tacklingthe challenges and opportunities the Company faces."

Mr. Mitchell is the founder of ISee3D and the inventor of the Company'score technology. During his previous tenure with ISee3D Inc. (formerlyInternational Telepresence) he operated the Company as a medical devicecompany manufacturing endoscopy imaging systems for 11 years and tookthis Company public. Mr. Mitchell was part of the team at MacDonaldDettwiler that developed the technology and petitioned the Federalgovernment to change the rules to transmit data over radio. Thistechnology division was sold to Motorola and is seen today in literallyevery mobile data device, used by police, taxi data terminals, andFederal Express. Mr. Mitchell is a registered Professional Engineer witha degree in Electrical Engineering and minor in the Master's ManagementScience program from the University of Waterloo.

I think market not react positively about this : The Company is currently exploring various financingopportunities as we position ourselves for further growthJump the stock over 0,60 then grab new financing !! Easy to say not easy to do !!RED2000

Biggest volume i've seen on this one in a while.  Over 500,000 this is what i would call a sell off but the buying is there.  Cant argue with the numbers.  There are obviously investors that are unhappy, however the buying is the to gobble up these cheap shares.  I picked some more up at 0.30 and 0.305, bringing my average cost down.  Lets see what happens next.cheers

Couldn't resist myself, picked up a bunch at .27. Once and IF this technology is commercialized, its a cash cow.  At these levels, its as good a bet as any other. Will be back in picking off shares tomorrow as well.
