Significant News!

This must be really significant news, I still don't see anything.

I think if it was bad news they would have released it right away, bad news typically doesn't come with a lot of details.

Good new sometimes takes awhile to draft and publish, there might be certain details they can't release.  So they are taking their time to word it perfectly.

You gotta love an unexpected halt, good or bad it leaves you with a feeling that is hard to describe.

It has to be pretty significant - good or bad. Somehow I can't believe its a contract - they've had 2 announcements this year (Toshiba and Histeck) which were relatively "big," and they didn't halt the stock.

They wouldn't need to halt the stock because those news releases didn't give any specifics to the details of any revenues from these collaborations. So far Toshiba and Histeck raved about how great their sytem is, which should be exciting news!  But it seems the market wants or needs to see more in terms of revenue growth. in the form of a commitment to use or install their systems ...more

Still no news, this is nerve racking.  I see they've posted un updated MD&A on Sedar, but I haven't had a chance to go through it.

Its a reverse merger with a 1:13 reverse split and half warrant (full at .90) with some company called Active Witness (?). Details from the MD&A: In May 2012 the Company announced that it has entered into a Letter of Intent (the “LOI”) to acquire Active Witness Technologies Corporation (“Active Witness”), a privately held Vancouver-based technology/software company incorporated under the ...more

Hey Stockarch...thanks for posting, I did skim through that part...but haven't had time to really digest it.  I'm not sure how to take all that, but It didn't sound like anything great.  Do you think this is the reason they've halted all week, only to post their required financials and MD&A on SEDAR.  If they come out with this as a news release, then I' ...more

More dilution. I'm quite dissapointed and will be selling my entire investment as soons as I can. Perhaps a class action lawsuit is warranted against Isee3D for fraud. It does seem the company has continued to take investors money and pay themselves hefty salaries while promoting a garbage company. Industry Canada shows no record of Active Witness as a federal corp. This is a company with $35 ...more

Hey TBBB....who are you?  I can understand your conern, but did you sign up today just to state your opinion on this stock? Thanks for posting, but you should have called yourself TheBigBadBear.

I am a shareholder and this is a bad deal. This company is showing clear signs of fraudulence. Why are top executives being paid hundreds of thousands of dollars each per year with investors money when they only have revenue of $50,000! CEO does nothing for the company yet he somehow deserves $180,000 salary plus stock options, bonuses and tens of thousands of dollars in travel expenses. They are ...more
