Isee3D Inc > Rob BaKShi is obviously a smart guy

Rob BaKShi is obviously a smart guy

who sold his previous business for90 million. I believe the new company will operate in two distintive fields in which they have expertise (ie 3d technology plus tech software ). We therefore have revenue opportunity from two sources. At least we have a chance of moving ahead because of the funding provided and there was no other option on the table; without this offer I believe the Company would have failed JMO.

They said the same thing when Debonehead came on board and all we got is more dilution to pay his rather large salary. Even if Bakshi can turn this into a $90 million dollar company that would value the current shares at around $.20. Nothing to call home about if you ask me.   None of you seem to understand what a reverse takeover actually is. This is very suspicious. If Bakshis comapny was ...more

Twenty cents is better than "0," no? Plus profit on the warrants if this hits $1.50-2.00. Accumulated losses are not "debt," but in fact a tax write-off. Current debt is around $1.5 million if I remember correctly and accumulated losses were around $10 million, but I could be wrong. If they are, in fact, $30 million, that adds up to around $10-12 million they won't have to ...more

"If" this hits 1.50-2.00. That would value the company at over $50 million dollars. Which, I doubt will be the case cosidering the debt load.   As for the loses. If the company borrows money and they "lose" the money yes they can "write it off" for up to I believe three years however, they still have to pay back the money they borrowed. You see, what Isee3D has ...more

You're absolutely right about investors' money being "tied up." The process will probably take 2-3 months and I'm fully expecting the stock to be halted until then. And yes, it will take time for investors to become whole. The rest of your arguments are completely off-base. I still don't see any viable options of how to  proceed on our own to commercialization ...more

Your not getting even the gist of my arguments. This is a scam. The company scamed us. The Debonehead letter was in my opinion intended to deceive shareholders.   Which company asks for their trading to be halted in order to announce a merger? Ive never seen that before. Usually the trading if it is halted lasts only a few hours. Why are you so afraid to admit you got screwed by Isee3D? That ...more

"Pumped" the company LOL? From what I remember we had virtually no trading in the days following the NR in question, and in subsequent trading (if you want to call it that) the stock promptly went from .05 to .03. The purpose of a "pump" is to get the stock "higher." Have you spoken to IR? Do you understand financials? ICT has been on the slow train out of town for ...more

I would suggest you read the cantech letter as well as Deboneheads letter to shareholders. There is one thing you should understand about investing. Never talk to the management and think you will be gettig a straight answer. Do you think frauds dont exist? Are you that naive?   I'm not saying that ICT management purposively orchastrated a fraud. What I am saying is I do believe they had ...more

You've been spouting "fraud," "scam," and "Ponzi scheme" throughout your messages, but you're "not saying that ICT management purposely orchestrated a fraud" LOL. ICT has promissory debt of around $2.1 million, with $1.6 million due as early as November of this year and January of 2013, plus accrued interest. That's 6-8 months from now. Add ...more

Your an idiot. Do you realize that?   Debonehead raised millions of dollars and spent it all on what? His salary and taking first class flights to exotic destinations which landed the company what? Man you need to learn to read a balance sheet.

You haven't contributed a single comprehensive thought since you started posting. Continue wallowing in your stupidity. Ignore.

Your just a little cry baby whos too ignorant to realize admit you've been screwed. Do you need me to call the waaambulance for you?

Now you're r to basher tactics?  Defamation of the company and name calling on a public forum?  Why don't you call the company and ask them your questions about their fraud and ponzi scheme.  Let us know their response, I'm quit interested.  Better yet, let me call them for you!  I would love to see their response to rumours of their supposed  ...more

I did not start the bashing but I will defend myself.   It is clear they mismanaged investors money. Whether it was intentional or not is to be determined. There is clear indications of either fraud or severe mismanagement of funds. Look at the numbers.   I think this reverse takeover will be good for shareholders, but, and a big but, it will only be good compared to todays share price ...more
