Second close of debt fund is beyond my expectations

I did not expect another $300m in commitments on second close and I'm very pleased. It's hard to believe how cheap this name is on expected EBITDA following this announcement. If the market doesn't appreciate it, at least the dividend should be marched up in the next year.

And there is more to come... But I think what needs to be addressed is the lack of liquidity in this stock. We need to get the stock price up, issue some freely trading stock and use that money to leverage growth. It makes sense to buy back stock when it is this cheap, but we are already at a point where trading volumes are abysmal. I do not think the company should be buying back stock anymore. ...more

The stock would probably have to be up over 100% before I would consider an equity issue as even remotely reasonable based on valuation. Where would you be willing to issue equity?  I don't mind that the stock is not that liquid. I always seem to be able to buy it pretty easy and even trade around it on occasion (although I keep my core position). I have to think the equity offerings ...more
