PFS now early FEB so I'm told...
I know that's going to disappoint some but it shouldn't. It means you have a little more time to keep accumulating at stupid low prices.

And there are bigger fish sniffing around.....I wasn't told whom but they are looking. So don't be surprised if you wake up any given morning to a buyout offer

They won't get fair value until they at least pretend to start the process of building a mine.

Not necessarily, the PFS would already provide good indications, but since it is always delayed...

I'm with you. First Majestic and others trying to diversify out of Mexico and other such jurisdictions. Yet, no one cares about solid US properties?

my bet is ... Centerra Gold ... they lost their mine in Kyrgyz sitting at nearly 1 billion USD cash and will deliver strong cashflow in 2022 ... they need to do something with all the money...

If as read elsewhere, Chris Gordon said on January 13 that the PFS had just been finalized: 1)- why should we still have to wait several weeks to publish it? 2)-is the publication made by the company that carried out this study or by its client (ITRG)? 3)- If it is ITRG which publishes, would it have reasons or advantages to delay the publication?

These PFS studies have recently been greeted with a giant yawn. I expect they're holding back, hoping gold gets a bit higher.

No...wouldn't make any difference. They base it on a consensus price estimate for gold. There will be a "sensitivity table" in the report where they list the NPV and IRR based on other gold prices. Most likely the base case is $1700 but you'll see numbers for $2000 gold and higher as well.....be patient it's on the way
