I see on another forum a table from Crescat Cap. showing acquisitions made at an average of more than 20% of the value of the resources. This seems high to me, especially for resources MI for 65% and INF for 35% for Integra Res... I'd settle for a valuation at 5% of resource value since current capitalization represents only 0.48%, or more than 10 times less.
