FCGI shareholders vote on October 25

FCGI shareholders will be called to review and vote on October 25, if 2/3 are obtained, the transaction will be virtually concluded unless there is a bid by a third party! ITRG's share price could then increase, as positive information should come out after the transaction is finalized, which was expected for early November 2024.

Now that the settlement resolution has been overwhelmingly approved at the FC meeting by 99.71%, I hope Integra management will start publishing news about their 3 projects again!
