THE NEW DEAL on the table very soon

The old contract is being ripped up and National Oil Company of Libya is reviewing its oil service needs world wide. This means that Ivanhoe Energy could get a even bigger piece of the oil pie in other operation/discovery/exploration areas that NOC is now hosting and planning on hosting. Huge contract could very well be in the works here for Ivanhoe Energy after NOC has finished its world operational review and will then negotiate with Ivanhoe how big a piece of pie they will offer Ivanhoe Energy for there services.

Partnership could be in the offering also. If NOC wanted expertise they very well could just buy out Ivanhoe Energy.

As this news goes forward we can expect a big rise in the price of the stock before the 3rd quarter NOC review is completed.

Speculation is the best money maker.. News is the end game to sell.

With Canadian markets closed Monday we will see where the speculation takes Ivanhoe Energy on The US exchange. This may be a stupid question, but are we 100% sure NOC is National Oil Company of Libya?  Is that explicitly stated?  What I see in the press release is simply NOC. thanks in advance! shark

A national oil company (NOC) is an oil company fully or in the majority owned by a national government. According to the World Bank, NOCs accounted for 75% global oil production and controlled 90% of proven oil reserves in 2010.[1] Due to ...more
