Well Shark for the record i messed up a post or two thinking NOC was Libya when it is China.. AN EVEN Better BIGGER STORY in the making. From what the market did Friday it shows a big approval rating as this story unfolds. After finding the stories clarifying who was the NOC? i was even happier then my previous assumption with Libya.
